- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Sometimes they can be fast and efficient but for the most part they can be very rude like they're waiting for you to start a problem. I went for a renewal and a lady talked to me like I was ignorant when I misunderstood a question and just reacted very harshly with her tone which kind of stunned me and made me confused and fueled her even more, and I came in as polite and as patient as can be. I can deal with plain people that lack good customer service, which I know dealing with a lot of people of all sorts all day can make you a zombie, but she was unnecessarily rude with her hostile tone.
